My background and approach
My work combines user research, UI/UX design and responsibility for design decisions through delivery. I work closely with founders, product teams and engineers to connect user needs with business priorities and implementation constraints. Alongside team roles, I’ve completed more than 1,000 freelance and contract design assignments and built my own apps and Figma plugins. I’m interested in opportunities in Armenia with greater responsibility for design direction and product delivery, as well as selected freelance collaborations.
I use code and AI tools to build functional prototypes, explore ideas and automate repetitive tasks. Staying involved in the implementation helps me understand technical constraints and test design decisions in working products.

Product Designer
- Design acba digital’s non-banking services, including Hub, from research and user flows through launch.
- Create interfaces, prototypes and reusable design-system components, informed by user needs and usability testing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to carry design decisions through development, review the implementation and resolve issues before launch.
Senior UI/UX Designer
EU-based SaaS Company
- Led design for new mobile and web modules from discovery to delivery, taking responsibility for design direction.
- Improved the existing design system and handoff documentation, reducing developer handoff time by an estimated 30%.
- Used usability testing to improve key flows and accessibility.
Product Designer

- Helped shape the product from an early MVP into a mature B2B/B2B2C platform, working closely with founders and engineers.
- Designed partner and client onboarding journeys and property management workflows, translating complex requirements into clear user flows and interfaces.
